I agree Angela, My first impression when I came across this was, somebody is not happy with their service. The comment "No orders will be filled" reminded me of my order. I will never order thread from them again; they had a sale, and I bought some thread, and it was several weeks before the sale even moved to the process section and weeks after that before it was shipped. I do like their designs, and they stitch out nice.
