Roasted Air Fryer New Potatoes

I cut up some new potatoes into bite size pieces, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder. Sprayed with olive oil and butter spray and topped with parmesan cheese. Sprayed again. Be sure they're well coated with seasonings and spray.

Cooked them at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, tossed, cooked at 400 again for 6 minutes.

I've cooked them in the oven like this too, but I love using the air fryer. Sometimes we top them with a little sour cream and cheese, but we ate them plain last night.
