Blind bake a frozen pie shell, open box of lemon pudding. Read instructions for making a pie.

If I lived close I would be coming over for a slice. That is my favorite desert and exactly the way I make it. I have done it from scratch and I like the pudding one the best.

Oh, my! That looks scrumptiously delicious! Lemon meringue pie was one of my mother's two favorite pies. The other was chocolate meringue. I have such fond memories of her pies. It is hard to find meringue pies these days, at least where I live. Everyone just wants to pile gobs of whipped cream -- and it is not always "real' whipped cream. Meringue will always win in my book!
