Bread sticks

1 cup warm water
3 cups flour
1 tsp salt
3 tablespoons brown sugar
2.5 tsp yeast
1/4 cup oil

Rise 20 min at least

Divvy dough into 12 pieces

6 per cookie sheet lined up along the short axis
Makes 12

Bake 375 for 10-15 min

Brush with melted butter after and sprinkle with Parmesan Cheese

I'm going to have to try these when I get some yeast. I love their bread sticks.

Karen have you made these. They sound perfect to have for my snacking eating.

Our son made them and his family raved about them--so he sent me the recipe. I haven't made them yet.
