Clay loves the squash like this, but he also likes for me to saute it with onions in the wok.
I cut up the squash in strips or in small chunks. Then I season it well on all sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. I place them on a cookie sheet or in a cake pan sprayed with PAM.
I try to push them close together. Spray with olive oil or a butter spray. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top and/or the flakes. Put in the oven on 400 degrees until you hear them sizzling or turning slightly brownish. They are so good!

That does sound good. I roast them like this in the oven, but have never added the cheese.
